| I am sure a lot of NRIs from Malabar region is dreaming to get this project turn into reality. Unfortunately we are notorious in delaying the project rather completing projects on schedule. To my surprise I am involved in a lot of multi billion dollars projects completed on or ahead of schedule and more than seventy percent of the work force involved in these projects are Indians, with significant percentage of Keralites. Surely we can achieve the same in our home country too. I think before we start the project we need to take the local community in confidence. I hope there is a proper rehabilitation plan for the people forced to vacate for the project? Most of the project in our place is disrupted due to this simple but usually unresolved issue. |

| Dear,.. I have reservations about the majority stake holder in this project. The 2 % is doubtful. I f the govt. does not have majority stake then huge user fees is a definite possibility. Is any one hearing. Also the project is not BOOT (Build Own operate Transfer) BUT BOO (Build Own Operate) that means the government is giving all these facilitites and incentives for free to a company. ?? Any replies from the authorities...
